Real tough call as you are on the borderline of a small, medium. I always drop down a size in elbows, because I do not want them slipping or interferring with my gloves. Elbows these days are usually more bulkier so for comfort and feel I would go with a small.

Medium should be perfect for you. The large may get a little loose and slip causing interference with your gloves.
