Question
How do these compare to the Sher-Wood 5030?
My current shoulder pads are Bauer pro series but they are too bulky. I've tried the Sher-Wood 5030, but those don't offer enough protection. How are these in terms of weight/size/protection?

The weight of these ( 1.68 Lbs) falls closer to the 5030's. The Nexus 400 is more similar to the 5030's but are little more protective. Size wise they are right in the middle of the Bauer pro's and the 5030's.
