The Vaughn 7490i Intermediate Pro goalie pant offers all of the design and protection elements of the 7800 Velocity 5 Pro pant, but in an Intermediate size. Advanced level goalies who need the best in protection will find that the 7490i will meet their needs perfectly.The waist of the pant is tapered and features both lace-up and nylon webbing adjustments for a custom fit. Side groin segmented flexing pads and an interior padded belly flap offer full frontal protection, and reinforced kidney and side padding provides complete protection around the sides and lower back.Large, squared off HD foam frontal side padding offers maximum protection and net coverage, and the rear leg split in the pants helps to keep the thigh padding in place when the goalie goes down to the ice. On the inside of the legs, large five-hole blocks with internal support padding provide for extra protection and a faster, more solid closing of the five-hole area.
