Customer Questions & Answers for
7460 Goal Pant

The Vaughn P 7460 Goal Pant is based off of the same design as the 7800 Pro Goal Pant. Intermediate to High level goalies who play 1-2 times per week will really enjoy the P 7460.Wide thigh guards feature a slight curve and also include HD inserts over the inner thigh for added five hole protection. Large side abdominal floating pads extend down to the side groin area for added protection and give the pant flexibility in the crouch position. Front contoured waist gives a lower front profile for chest pad fit and easier bending at the waist. Due to it's tapered waist design, the P 7460 works best for goalie who wear their Chest and Arm protection outside of their pants. * Adjustable belt with double front pull adjustment * Low profile thigh guards fit well under tall leg pads * Extended tailbone protection * Full stretch crotch and inner leg panels for flexibility

The tailbone padding on the Elite is slightly wider than on the 7460, but the padding on the 7460 is thicker. Hope that helps.

Question
are these pants designed to be worn with the 7460 Velocity 5 chest and arms?
The 7460 C&A looks like it's designed to be tucked into a pair of pants, yet this model pant says it is designed for goalies who wear their C&A over the pant.

The 7460 pants are indeed designed to be worn with the C/A "untucked". They were not designed to work in tandem with the 7460 chest guard at all.

If you're looking for a Vaughn pant that is better for goalies who tuck, then I would recommend the LT90 or the LT80.
