Are Medium and Large the same Length/Height?

I am 6' 2" with a 32-34 waist - The Large is a bit too big for me as it wont tighten enough around my waist to stay up well.
If I get the Medium will it provide the same amount of coverage/protection, height-wise, as the Large?

I would recommend getting the large pants, at 6'2" the medium would be too short in length. With the Large I would recommend tucking your chest guard inside your pants and using suspenders to hold them up. This will allow the pants and chest to move as one and provide maximum coverage and protection.
